These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of Decorpita’s website, available through the domain www.decorpita.pt, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.

The Website is owned and operated by DECOR PITA – MATERIAIS DE CONSTRUÇÃO, S.A., hereinafter referred to as “Decorpita”. Full corporate details are provided in the Legal Notice and Corporate Information section.

These Terms of Use apply to all persons accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Website, hereinafter referred to as “Users”.

By accessing or using the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use.

Users who do not agree with any provision of these Terms of Use must refrain from using the Website and the services made available through it.

Certain services, forms, restricted areas or functionalities may be subject to additional terms, which will be presented to the User where appropriate.

The Website is intended for corporate, informational and commercial purposes, including:

a) They are authorised to submit such materials;

b) Decorpita’s use of those materials for the purpose of reviewing and responding to the request does not infringe any third-party rights;

c) The information provided is, to the best of the User’s knowledge, accurate and complete;

d) The materials do not contain unlawful or malicious content;

e) The materials do not include confidential third-party information that the User is not authorised to disclose.

 

Submitting such materials does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Decorpita, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The User grants Decorpita only the limited permission required to review, internally reproduce and use the submitted materials to the extent necessary to assess the request, provide a response, prepare a quotation or carry out the requested action.

Decorpita may remove files or content that are manifestly unlawful, technically harmful or unrelated to the purpose of the Website.

Where the Website provides a chatbot, virtual assistant, recommendation system or other automated tool, any responses generated or presented through that tool are provided for general information purposes only.

Such responses:

a) May be generated or organised automatically;

In the event of any inconsistency, the terms specifically agreed in relation to a particular proposal, order or contract shall prevail over general provisions, subject always to mandatory law.

Any dispute relating to the use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts having legal competence, without prejudice to:
