At Decorpita, we believe that the strongest organisations are built by people with diverse backgrounds, perspectives and expertise. It is this diversity that enriches our culture, strengthens our teams and enables us to deliver more innovative and sustainable solutions.

We are committed to fostering a working environment where everyone is treated with dignity, respect and fairness, regardless of age, gender, nationality, ethnic origin, beliefs, disability, sexual orientation or any other personal characteristic.

Equal opportunities are a fundamental principle of the way we operate. We value merit, talent, competence and commitment, ensuring that decisions relating to recruitment, professional development and career progression are made fairly, transparently and based on objective criteria.

We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying or behaviour that undermines mutual respect or the wellbeing of individuals in the workplace. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive, safe and collaborative environment where everyone has the opportunity to realise their full potential and contribute to our collective success.

At Decorpita, diversity, respect and equality are more than corporate principles. They are values that shape the way we work, the way we lead and the way we build lasting relationships with our employees, customers, partners and suppliers.

Gender Equality

At Decorpita, equal opportunities are an integral part of how we understand our company and the people who help build it every day.

As of August 2026, of our 87 employees, 45 are women and 42 are men, representing 51.7% women and 48.3% men.

This composition reflects a genuine balance between genders and reinforces Decorpita’s commitment to the principles of equal treatment, non-discrimination and equal professional opportunities, in line with the principles established under Portuguese law.

More than a matter of numbers, we believe that talent, competence, merit and opportunity have no gender.
